Role Overview

我們正在尋找一位具備高敏銳度、細心且富有彈性的營運專員加入我們的 Price Sharpness Audit (PSI) 團隊。本職位為團隊運作的核心後盾，除負責日常營運管理、系統資料核對與行政流程審核外，隨著團隊業務的擴展，亦將協助建構人員培訓機制與品質監督體系，並靈活參與 PSI 核心業務支援與各項 Ad-hoc 專案。

我們期待您具備優秀的整合能力與溝通協調技巧，能主動優化營運品質，並樂於在快速變動的電商環境中與團隊共同成長。

What You Will Do

  • 團隊營運與流程管理： 統籌與執行團隊日常行政營運流程，確保各項內部系統與通訊管道之作業符合時效性、準確性與規範要求。
  • 資源與排程協調： 管理團隊相關紀錄、追蹤人員動態與各類行政申請，並擔任團隊內部與外部合作夥伴（如派遣顧問）之間的主要營運溝通窗口。
  • 數據核對與狀態追蹤： 定期進行日常營運數據核對與表單維護，確保各項運作紀錄之完整性，以維持日常業務不間斷順暢運行。
  • PSI 業務與專案支援： 彈性配合 PSI 團隊之營運需求，協助核心業務推動、營運指標追蹤及大型促銷檔期相關作業執行。
  • 團隊人才培訓與品質賦能: 規劃與執行組員專業培訓，建立標準作業流程與引導機制，確保團隊具備一致且準確的業務能力。統籌品質保證監督體系，定期抽查與稽核作業品質，持續提出優化方案以提升審核精確度。
  • 日常行政與臨時交辦事項 (Ad-hoc)： 靈活處理各項臨時性營運需求與行政支援，協助維護團隊整體運作品質。

Basic Qualifications

  • 具備基本文書作業能力，熟悉 Microsoft Office 工具（Word / Excel / Outlook）
  • 具備基本英文讀寫能力，可進行基本日常英文信件與系統訊息溝通
  • 具有資料處理、系統操作或流程優化相關經驗
  • 個人特質：1. 細心、耐心，對細節與數字具高度敏感度2. 積極主動，具備獨立思考與問題分析能力3. 彈性高，能因應多工與變動的工作需求

Preferred Qualifications

  • 具備資料庫 SQL 操作經驗（如資料查詢、基本語法應用）者佳
