職務概要

Delivery Management Specialistは、フードデリバリーを「より速く、安全に、スマートに」実現するための重要な役割です。

配達パートナーやフリーランスドライバーに関するオペレーション体制の構築・改善、配達品質の向上、事業成長を支える施策の企画・推進を担当します。特に、配達員（クーリエ）のオンボーディングやコンプライアンス関連のオペレーションを管理し、現場スタッフ、外部パートナー、社内関連部署との連携やデータ・過去事例の活用を通じて、安定的かつスケーラブルな運営体制の構築と継続的な最適化を推進します。

主な業務内容

  • 配達員（クーリエ）のオンボーディングおよびコンプライアンス関連のオペレーションの企画・管理・改善
  • 各コンプライアンスセンターを含む現場オペレーションおよび外部パートナーの管理
  • 運用データや過去事例の分析に基づく課題・ボトルネックの特定と、オペレーション品質・効率向上のためのポリシー、SOP、ガイドラインなどの整備・改善（標準化）
  • 日々発生する問い合わせや例外ケース、システム・データに起因するトラブルへの対応、および関連部署との連携・エスカレーション

応募資格

  • オペレーション、物流、フィールドオペレーション、BPO運営、カスタマーサポート等における実務経験
  • 現場スタッフ、外部ベンダー、社内関係部署との調整を円滑に行える高度な日本語コミュニケーション能力
  • データや過去事例をもとに課題を分析し、業務改善や標準化につなげる能力
  • 多様なステークホルダーと連携し、自律的に課題解決を推進できるオーナーシップ

歓迎条件

  • デリバリープラットフォーム、ギグエコノミー、物流等のオペレーション経験
  • BPO、派遣会社、外部ベンダー等との協業・管理経験
  • コンプライアンス、審査、オンボーディング、業務プロセス改善等に関連する経験
  • 語学スキル（英語：ビジネスレベル／韓国語：できれば尚可）
