Role Overview

What You Will Do

  • 管理物流中心的日常營運流程，例如顧客商品出貨、材料入庫、存貨管理
  • 現場人員管理及排班、教育訓練、工作任務指派、成效執行追蹤
  • 確保顧客商品運輸符合流程，並遵守安全規章
  • 盡其所能優先滿足顧客商品運輸的服務水平 · 維持存貨的理想狀態

Basic Qualifications

  • 臨場反應快速，能快速判斷工作優先順序
  • 個性積極主動、抗壓性強，注意細節
  • 在高度創新的高速環境中，能達成有挑戰性的目標
  • 對電子商務市場具備高度熱情
  • 可配合輪班制工作 · 善溝通協調者，具團隊管理經驗
