CP One Japanについて CP One Japan合同会社は、NYSE（ニューヨーク証券取引所）に上場しているFortune 150のテクノロジー企業Coupang, Inc.（NYSE: CPNG）の日本法人です。CP One Japanは、日本国内で「ロケットナウ（Rocket Now）」ブランドのフードデリバリーサービスを運営しており、Coupangの技術力と革新的な物流ソリューションを生かして、迅速で信頼性の高い顧客志向のフードデリバリーサービスを日本の消費者に提供することに尽力しています。

主な業務内容

Rocket Now マーケティングチームにおけるマーケティングマネージャーとして、社外のブランド、プラットフォーム、各種サービスとの提携に関わるパートナーシップマーケティング、および加盟店とのプロモーションマーケティングなどを通じて、持続的なブランド成長を牽引します。新たな機会を能動的に発掘し、マーケティング施策の企画・設計から実行までの一連のキャンペーンをリードしていただきます。

具体的には

  • 提携機会の発掘・案件創出： 市場リサーチから戦略的パートナーシップの機会を特定。見込みパートナー企業への初期アプローチから条件交渉までをリード。
  • 戦略策定・キャンペーン設計： 共同キャンペーン、コ・マーケティング、相互プロモーションの戦略立案。
  • エンドツーエンドの施策実行・プロジェクト管理： チャネル設計、クリエイティブ制作、社内ツールを用いたプロモーション設定、スケジュール管理、予算管理など、キャンペーンの全工程を統括。
  • 効果測定・改善： キャンペーン分析、および継続的な施策の最適化。
  • リレーションシップマネジメント： パートナー企業との信頼関係の構築・維持。
  • 全社横断のコラボレーション： 社内の関連部門と緊密に連携し、円滑なプロジェクト推進と合意形成。

応募資格

必須要件

  • マーケテイング経験：パートナーシップマーケティング、ブランドマーケティング、コンシューマーグロース、デジタルマーケティング、または事業開発のいずれかにおける5年以上の実務経験
  • 市場の理解： 日本の消費者動向、アプリ・プラットフォームエコシステム、およびデジタルメディアトレンドに関する深い知見
  • フルファネルのキャンペーン実績： 企画立案から複数チャネルでの実行、事後分析に至る一連のマーケティング計画を主導した実績
  • データ分析能力： マーケティングデータや主要指標を活用し、施策のインパクトを適切に評価できるスキル
  • 語学力： ビジネスレベルの日本語（必須）。加えて、社内ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションが可能な基礎レベルの英語または韓国語（必須）

歓迎資格

  • データ抽出・分析スキル： 基礎〜中級レベルのSQLクエリを作成し、自らデータを抽出・分析できるスキル
