직무 소개

CLS Payroll팀은 CLS소속 직원들의 급여/퇴직금 산정 및 지급, 사회보험 관리, 연말정산, 원천세 신고 등 임직원 급여 관련 통합 서비스를 제공합니다. 변화하는 근로기준법/소득세법에 맞추어 급여시스템을 개선하고, 직원 편의 기능을 발굴하여 적용합니다.

업무 내용

  • Payroll Platform관련 프로젝트 일정, 범위, 리스크 및 주요 의존성 관리
  • Payroll 비즈니스 요구사항 수집, 분석 및 정의
  • 업무 프로세스 분석 및 개선 과제 도출
  • Product 및 Engineering조직과 협력하여 요구사항 구체화
  • 신규 운영 모델 정착 지원

자격 요건

  • HR, Payroll, HRIS, Program Management 또는 유관 분야 경력 5년 이상
  • 시스템 구축, 운영 개선 또는 Transformation 프로젝트 경험
  • 비즈니스 요구사항 분석 및 프로세스 수행 경험
  • 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 문제 해결 역량

우대 사항

  • Payroll, T&A, HRIS관련 시스템 구축 또는 운영 경험
  • Product 및 Engineering조직 협업 경험
  • Change Management 또는 Process Transformation경험
