Service Engineering 팀은 쿠팡의 모바일 앱과 웹에서 가장 핵심적인 페이지인 홈, 검색, 카테고리, 상세 페이지, 장바구니, 결제, 주문을 구동하는 핵심 백엔드 플랫폼을 구축, 운영, 확장합니다. 우리의 미션은 전 세계 수백만 사용자 요청을 처리할 수 있는 높은 확장성, 고가용성, 견고함을 갖춘 차세대 데이터 서빙 플랫폼을 만드는 것입니다. 우리는 쿠팡 쇼핑 경험의 근간이며, 한국 시장을 넘어 대만 등 글로벌 시장으로 확장하고 있습니다.

역할 개요

Service Engineering 그룹 내에서 인정받는 기술 리더로 활동할 Staff Back-End Engineer II를 찾고 있습니다. 이 역할에서는 여러 팀에 걸친 프로젝트를 리드하고, 핵심 데이터 서빙 플랫폼의 기술 로드맵을 정의하며, 그룹의 기술 전략에 기여합니다. 명확한 경계, 강력한 계약, 포괄적인 테스트를 갖춘 시스템을 설계하여 깊은 아키텍처 문제를 해결하고, 대규모에서도 안전하고 고품질의 기여를 지원합니다. 팀 전반에 걸쳐 AI 활용 사례와 자동화 도입을 주도하고, 단기 딜리버리와 장기 플랫폼 건전성 간의 핵심 트레이드오프를 판단하며, 다른 팀의 블로커를 해소하고 엔지니어의 커리어 성장과 엔지니어링 기본기에 대해 코칭함으로써 force multiplier 역할을 수행합니다.

기본 자격 요건

  • 5년 이상의 백엔드 개발 실무 경험 (인턴십 제외)
  • 5년 이상의 Java/Kotlin/Spring 기반 서비스 개발 및 아키텍처 리더십 경험
  • 멘토, 테크 리드 또는 엔지니어링 팀 리딩 경험
  • 기술 비전 정의 및 미션 크리티컬 프로젝트의 로드맵 수립 경험 — 이해관계자 및 리드 엔지니어와의 정렬 과정 포함
  • 마이크로서비스 아키텍처 경험 및 이를 웹 스케일로 확장한 경험
  • 크리티컬 시스템 이슈에 대한 딥다이브 및 처리 경험
  • 내부 및 업계 모범 사례에 대한 지식을 설계에 활용한 경험
  • 다른 엔지니어링 팀과 협업하여 플랫폼을 개방적이고 확장 가능하게 만들어 수많은 혁신 기회를 창출한 경험

우대 자격 요건

  • 5년 이상의 Java, Python 기반 소프트웨어 설계 및 개발 경험
  • 확장 가능하고 고가용성을 갖춘 분산 멀티 티어 서비스의 설계, 구축, 배포 실무 경험
  • 대규모 글로벌 시스템 아키텍처 설계 및 개발 경험
  • 기술 로드맵 및 비전 정의 경험
  • AWS 기반 클라우드 컴퓨팅 경험
  • Kubernetes 환경 개발 경험
  • Spark, Cassandra, Kafka, Airflow를 활용한 데이터 파이프라인 개발 경험
  • Java / IntelliJ / Spring 환경 경험

AI & Harness Engineering 자격 요건

  • AI 보조 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 도구(Copilot, Claude Code, Devin, Cursor)를 구현, 테스트, 코드 리뷰, 문서화 전반에 활용한 실무 경험
