Role Overview

NCA & TW Ads 广告团队负责Coupang 新用户获取广告, TW 站点广告和其他新型广告产品的开发. 团队拥有全栈的开发运维能力。

What You Will Do

作为 NCA Supply and Yield 团队的核心工程师，你将参与并主导广告系统向 AI-first 方向的演进，具体包括：

  • 参与 NCA 广告核心系统（出价、排序、serving）的架构设计与迭代优化，推动系统从规则驱动向模型驱动演进
  • 设计并构建支撑 AI 模型训练与评估的基础设施，包括数据生成、仿真环境和实验框架
  • 主导关键 AI/ML 系统的端到端交付，涵盖离线训练、在线服务、A/B 实验及效果评估全链路
  • 推动广告系统核心模块（出价、排序、serving）的系统性 AI-first 改造，所构建的能力具备向其他产品线扩展的潜力

Basic Qualifications

  • 计算机、数学、统计等相关专业背景，有扎实的理论基础
  • 思维严谨，有独立从问题定义到业务结果落地的完整交付能力
  • 对 AI/ML 技术有持续的好奇心和快速学习能力
  • 能够熟练使用 AI 编程工具（如 Cursor、Copilot、Claude Code 等）提升开发效率，具备评估和审查 AI 生成代码质量的能力

后端与系统工程：

  • 熟练掌握 Java/Python，具备大规模分布式系统设计与上线经验
  • 理解异步、并发、幂等、限流等工程基础，对代码质量与系统可维护性有较高要求
  • 有广告系统或推荐系统相关经验者优先

ML 系统与 AI 工程：

  • 熟悉主流深度学习框架，理解 CTR/CVR 预估、排序等广告 ML 模型的训练与部署原理
  • 具备低延迟在线推理系统的设计与优化经验

Preferred Qualifications

  • 有广告出价、预算优化或 ROAS 相关项目经验
  • 有跨团队技术方案主导经验，能够推动复杂依赖项目落地
