Descrizione del lavoro

Nell'ambito del nostro Store di Marghera sito all'interno del centro commerciale Nave de Vero, siete l'anello forte tra il vostro Store Manager e i team di vendita, contribuendo al miglioramento del servizio clienti attraverso un coaching personalizzato e coinvolgente per le vostre squadre.

Le vostre sfide:

• Monitorare da vicino i KPI (UPT, CR, ATV, instore web orders), motivando il vostro team a raggiungere gli obiettivi commerciali quotidiani.

• Sviluppare la coesione, la motivazione e le competenze del team delegando, responsabilizzando e trasmettendo il vostro sapere con un approccio pedagogico.

• Assicurarsi che le squadre rispettino le procedure operative (gestione stock, casse, merchandising, ordine del punto vendita).

Qualifiche

• Avete un’esperienza di almeno un anno nella gestione di un team di dimensioni intermedie (tra 3 e 10 collaboratori) e nel coaching operativo.

• Leader nell’anima, vi piace superarvi per raggiungere gli obiettivi del negozio.

• Avete una perfetta padronanza dei KPI.

• La moda e il commercio sono la vostra passione.

Retribuzione & Benefit:

In Courir crediamo in una relazione equilibrata tra impegno, performance e riconoscimento. Per questo, offriamo un pacchetto che unisce una retribuzione competitiva a un insieme di vantaggi pensati per accompagnare la crescita professionale e personale.

La proposta economica prevede un inquadramento al 3 o 2 livello del CCNL Commercio, con una RAL compresa tra €28.000,00 e €31.500,00.
