Descripción del empleo

Tus retos:

• Vigilar de cerca los KPIs potenciando la capacidad de tu equipo para alcanzar diariamente los objetivos de ventas. Dar visibilidad a las cifras de la tienda y proponer planes de acción para que la tienda funcione aún mejor y rinda más.

• Motivarás dirigirás y crearás un fuerte vínculo con tu equipo sobre el terreno. Ayudarás a tus jefes de equipo a desarrollar sus capacidades de gestión mediante sesiones informativas periódicas y comentarios.

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos (existencias, cajas, mercancías, mantenimiento del almacén).

• Gestionar el back office diario (planificación, gestión de RRHH, contratación, etc.) y los cuadros de mando y gestión presupuestados.

Requisitos

• Tendrás experiencia demostrada en la gestión de puntos de venta y en la supervisión de equipos de tamaño medio (entre 4 y 10 empleados), con un perfecto dominio del mundo minorista.

• Tu capacidad para analizar cifras, delegar, impulsar y apoyar enérgicamente a tus equipos te permitirá alcanzar un objetivo común: ¡obtener buenos resultados juntos

• Te apasionan la moda y los negocios
