Courtesy Ford of Norfolk is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. If you enjoy working with people, have a competitive drive, and want the opportunity to earn strong commissions, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers visiting the dealership and guide them through the vehicle buying process
  • Help customers select vehicles that meet their needs and budget
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, performance, and available options
  • Offer and conduct test drives following dealership procedures
  • Meet monthly sales goals set by the sales manager
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of Ford vehicles and features

Qualifications

  • Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
