The posting

Bistro Server / Cook (AM Shift) The Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh Airport is seeking a dependable and energetic Bistro Server/Cook to provide exceptional guest service during our breakfast operation. Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to brand standards Take guest orders and operate the POS system Serve food and beverages in a friendly, professional manner Maintain cleanliness of the Bistro, kitchen, and dining areas Wash dishes and complete daily opening and cleaning duties Stock food, beverages, and supplies as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

Customer service or restaurant experience preferred Ability to multitask and work independently Reliable attendance and weekend availability required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

This is a hands-on position requiring cooking, serving, cleaning, and overall ownership of the Bistro experience during the morning shift.
