Coury Hospitality has an amazing opportunity as a Barista. Barista – TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection | Sunnyvale, CA Where Luxury Meets Innovation TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection, is Silicon Valley’s only AAA Four Diamond Marriott property. Opened in 2022, we bring a refined, design-forward approach to hospitality, offering guests an immersive, serene experience infused with the creative energy of the Valley. Located on a dynamic campus alongside AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park, we are home to 350 rooms, distinct culinary venues, artfully curated social spaces, and a reputation for elevating the guest journey at every turn. We are seeking an enthusiastic, guest-focused Barista who is passionate about coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences. As a Barista, You'll:

Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other café offerings to brand standards Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to guests Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately process transactions Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are maintained throughout the café area Restock products, supplies, and ingredients as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties, inventory counts, and daily operational procedures Collaborate with fellow Experience Curators to deliver a seamless guest experience

What We're Looking For

Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences Previous barista, coffee shop, food & beverage, or hospitality experience preferred Knowledge of espresso preparation and specialty coffee beverages preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
