Supporting the service team to deliver flawless dining experiences from start to finish. Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently to welcome the next round of guests. Serving fresh water, warm bread, and assisting with food and beverage delivery smoothly. Monitoring the dining room floor to ensure absolute cleanliness, organization, and beauty. Jumping in to help wherever needed, whether running plates, wiping spills, or stocking stations. Partnering with bartenders and kitchen staff to keep vital supplies replenished and ready. Communicating guest requests, dietary needs, or table changes to Servers instantly. Creating a welcoming space where guests feel cared for by an attentive, unified team. Taking pride in the choreography of a high-energy, fast-paced restaurant environment.

You understand that the Server Assistant role is operationally critical and deeply shapes the guest vibe. You know how to balance speed, grace, and safety without ever looking rushed. You can stay calm, focused, and approachable under the pressure of a busy night rush. You have a sharp eye for detail and spot an empty glass or an un-cleared plate immediately. You love being part of a team where your hustle directly influences everyone's success. You can collaborate effortlessly across front-of-house and back-of-house departments. You bring dependability, high energy, and a service-first mindset to every single shift. You believe hospitality means being proactive and elevating the experience from the shadows.

  Education and Experience

Previous restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred. Basic knowledge of food safety guidelines, sanitation procedures, and table settings. Ability to communicate clearly, politely, and swiftly with guests and team members. Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tables and moving parts simultaneously. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays based on business flow. Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn food, wine, and service steps.

  Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry heavy trays throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, or move items like loaded bus tubs, dish racks, ice, and glassware boxes. Ability to navigate a busy restaurant floor safely while carrying heavy trays. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism. Ability to think and communicate clearly in high pressure situations. Growing knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, ingredients and cooking techniques. Knowledge of all glassware types. Ability to maintain regular attendance and be punctual in a complete uniform for any scheduled shift. Knowledgeable of basic sanitation. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and supervisors. Ability to absorb large amounts of information quickly: service procedures, menus, and dining room floor plan, register operation.
