Job Overview We are seeking a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and reliable Food and Beverage Runner to join our team at Reindeer Alley - Hotel Cleveland, an exclusive craft speakeasy. In this role, you will serve as the crucial link between our talented mixologists and our guests. Your main priority will be delivering freshly crafted cocktails, beverages, and small bites to guest tables promptly and accurately while maintaining a pristine, welcoming atmosphere. If you thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment and have a passion for hospitality, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Beverage Delivery & Guest Service

Prompt Delivery: Transport food and drinks seamlessly from the bar/ kitchen to guest tables, ensuring correct orders reach the right guests in a timely manner. Menu Knowledge: Maintain a basic understanding of our cocktail menu, ingredients, and garnish arrangements to answer brief guest inquiries upon delivery. Guest Interaction: Provide polite, discreet, and professional service aligned with our speakeasy's elevated standard of hospitality.

Bar Support & Maintenance

Glassware Care: Assist with collecting, washing, polishing, and organizing high-end cocktail glassware to ensure the bar remains continuously stocked. Stocking & Prep: Replenish bar supplies throughout the shift, including ice, garnishes, napkins, straws, mixers, and backbar inventory. Table Bussing: Clear empty glasses, napkins, and small plates from guest tables promptly to keep seating areas clean and uncluttered. Closing & Opening Duties: Assist floor and bar staff with pre-shift preparation and post-shift closing tasks, sanitization, and organization.
