¿Qué harás en este rol?

🚀 Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar modelos avanzados de ciencia de datos, utilizando estadística, Machine Learning e Inteligencia Artificial para generar insights que impulsen decisiones estratégicas.

🚀 Crear algoritmos y soluciones de alto impacto que permitan fortalecer el análisis de riesgo, optimizar procesos, mejorar nuestros productos financieros y elevar la experiencia de nuestros clientes.

🚀 Desarrollar modelos de riesgo crediticio y análisis predictivo para evaluar solvencia, probabilidad de impago, comportamiento de cartera y tendencias de negocio.

🚀 Construir modelos de segmentación, cross-sell y churn, identificando oportunidades para fortalecer nuestras estrategias comerciales y de producto.

🚀 Colaborar con equipos de Ingeniería y Negocio para transformar datos en soluciones escalables y accionables, asegurando la calidad e integridad de la información.

¿Qué buscamos?

🔧 Requisitos:

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia como Científico/a de Datos.
  • Dominio avanzado de Python, Pandas, Scikit-Learn y XGBoost.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de estadística y Machine Learning.
  • Manejo avanzado de SQL, incluyendo joins complejos, subconsultas y CTEs.
  • Experiencia desarrollando, validando y desplegando modelos end-to-end.
  • Deseable experiencia o conocimiento en riesgo financiero, crédito o banca.
  • Licenciatura en Actuaría, Matemáticas, Física o áreas afines.
  • Deseable posgrado en Ciencia o Ingeniería.
