Estamos buscando un/a Director/a de Ventas en Cancún para liderar nuestra estrategia comercial en la región, potenciar al equipo local y posicionar nuestro portafolio de soluciones financieras B2B.

🎯 Tu Misión

Liderar la estrategia de prospección y colocación de crédito empresarial en Cancún y el sureste, asegurando el crecimiento sostenido de la cartera y el desarrollo de un equipo comercial de alto rendimiento.

🚀 ¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Liderazgo comercial: Dirigir, acompañar y gestionar al equipo de ventas, definiendo metas claras e impulsando su cumplimiento.
  • Estrategia de mercado: Diseñar e implementar iniciativas para la captación de nuevos clientes empresariales B2B en la región.
  • Colocación de soluciones: Identificar las necesidades de cada cliente y estructurar propuestas de Crédito Empresarial, Arrendamiento y Factoraje.
  • Análisis crediticio: Evaluar la viabilidad financiera de los prospectos mediante la revisión de estados financieros, buró de crédito y estados de cuenta.
  • Gestión de cartera: Mantener y hacer crecer la relación a largo plazo con nuestros clientes estratégicos.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años liderando equipos comerciales en Banca, SOFOM o Fintech en el segmento PYME.
  • Dominio de producto: Experiencia sólida y comprobable en la colocación de crédito, arrendamiento y factoraje.
  • Análisis financiero: Capacidad técnica para interpretar estados financieros, buró de crédito, estados de cuenta y dictaminar actas constitutivas.
  • Herramientas tecnológicas: Manejo avanzado de Excel, experiencia como usuario en Salesforce y familiaridad con plataformas de análisis (Risky, Pricey, Pega).
  • Conocimiento regional: Red de contactos activa o un profundo entendimiento del ecosistema empresarial en Cancún y Quintana Roo.
  • Enfoque a resultados: Orientación total al cumplimiento de metas, pensamiento estratégico y proactividad.
