🎯 ¿Cuál será tu propósito?

Liderar la estrategia de comunicación interna y los programas de cultura organizacional, asegurando que los valores, la visión y la estrategia de la empresa se vivan en todos los niveles de la organización.

🛠️ Tus principales retos:

  • Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de comunicación interna: Canales, boletines, campañas y eventos clave.
  • Impulsar la cultura organizacional: Diseñar e implementar iniciativas que refuercen nuestros valores, el sentido de pertenencia y el compromiso (engagement).
  • Gestión de eventos e iniciativas: Organizar actividades de integración, reconocimientos, celebraciones y encuentros de liderazgo.
  • Acompañamiento en Gestión del Cambio: Comunicar de forma clara y empática las transformaciones y proyectos estratégicos de la empresa.
  • Medición del clima organizacional: Apoyar en la aplicación de encuestas de clima, analizar datos y proponer planes de acción efectivos.
  • Creación de contenido: Redactar comunicados, guiones y apoyar en el diseño gráfico/audiovisual de materiales internos.

👤 ¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Formación: Licenciatura en Comunicación, Relaciones Públicas, Psicología Organizacional, Mercadotecnia o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 4 años en posiciones similares liderando comunicación interna, cultura o gestión del talento.
  • Habilidades clave: Excelente redacción, ortografía y capacidad de storytelling. Habilidad para relacionarse con líderes y equipos de distintas áreas. Creatividad y pensamiento estratégico. Manejo de herramientas de diseño (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) y plataformas de gestión/comunicación.
