PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY

Pay Range: $ $20.87 –$28.86 per hour, based on years of experience

Shift Available: 12:30-5:30PM

Schedule: Monday -Friday

JOB SUMMARY:

Supports the Admissions Coordinator by processing insurance verification and contract documents, manages census tracking and room readiness, and assists with referral tracking. May assist with the admission process and tours. Embrace and model Covenant Woods business standards, Code of Conduct and focus on the Promise in all aspects of delivery. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assure print/digital information is available to residents and families to explain services offered.
  • Utilize software systems available for referrals.
  • Process insurance verifications and contract documents timely.
  • Generate reports as requested.
  • Coordinate room readiness at time of discharge and in preparation for new resident.
  • Attend meetings as assigned.
  • Attend required in-service training.
  • Assist with uploading medical records or special projects as assigned.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in sales/marketing or office management.

Preferred

  • Experience in a Continuing Care and Retirement Community (CCRC) or Healthcare setting is highly desirable.
