deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Betreuung eines definierten Kundenkreises sowie die Führung und Entwicklung Deiner Mitarbeiter
  • Du arbeitest nach den mit Deinem Service Center Leiter vereinbarten Vorgaben, mit dem Ziel die Markt­position zu behaupten, weiterzu­ent­wickeln und auszubauen
  • Du steuerst unsere Dienstleis­tungen personell, kaufmännisch und technisch

dein Profil

  • Du besitzt idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Gebäude­reiniger\-Handwerk oder Hotellerie
  • Du hast bereits Führungserfahrung sammeln können und beherrschen den Umgang mit MS\-Office\-Produkten
  • Du bist in hohem Maße service­orientiert, hast ein verbindliches Auftreten und bist ein Organisa­tionstalent
