Sales Merchandiser - Suntory

CPM Ireland are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Merchandiser to join our team and help deliver outstanding execution across our retail customers to join our Suntory team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, driving sales, and ensuring products are always available, visible and presented at their best. You'll play a key role in growing sales, implementing promotional activity, and ensuring our clients' brands stand out in-store.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
  • Driving sales growth and maximising opportunities within your territory.
  • Ensuring excellent product availability across all core product ranges.
  • Placing orders and managing stock levels to prevent gaps on shelf.
  • Executing agreed planograms, displays and promotional activity.
  • Increasing product visibility and share of space in-store.
  • Building impactful activations to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Following a structured journey plan and retail call file.
  • Capturing and reporting data accurately through company systems.
  • Providing regular market, customer and competitor feedback.
  • Maintaining high standards of merchandising and execution at all times.
  • Working collaboratively with your manager and wider team to deliver business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales, merchandising or FMCG experience.
  • A good understanding of the retail environment, with convenience channel experience an advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic.
  • High attention to detail and a results-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable using technology and systems including Microsoft Office.
  • Full clean driving licence is essential.
