Marketingassistentin (w/m/d) 80\-100%

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Operative Marketingbetreuung ausgewählter Arzneimittel\-Produkte (Rx/OTC)
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Marketing\- und Inserate\-Plänen
  • Texten von Mailings, Inseraten und PR\-Texten – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung Marketing
  • Organisation von Kongressen und internen Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
  • Administrative Aufgaben: allgemeine Korrespondenz, Zuarbeit für die Leitung Marketing und Medical, administrative Vorbereitung von Meetings (Hotels, Location, Präsentationen)
  • Beobachtung von Markt, Wettbewerb und Trends (inkl. Social Media) als Basis für neue Impulse
  • Betreuung der Social Media Accounts (Arzneimittel)
  • Enge regelmässige Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aussendienst

Ihr Profil:

  • Aus\- oder Weiterbildung ( Eidg. Fachausweis) im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder Gesundheitswesen; entscheidend sind einschlägige Erfahrung und Kompetenzen
  • Erfahrung in der operativen Betreuung von Marketing\-Aktivitäten im Pharmamarketing, evtl. Gesundheitswesen
  • Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen im Pharmamarketing (Swissmedic, HMG, Pharma\-Kodex) von Vorteil
  • Flair für Zahlen und Analysen sowie ein feines Gespür für Marketing
  • Sicheres Texten von Mailings, Inseraten und PR\-Texten. Sie setzen Ideen und Kampagnen selbstständig um, statt sie primär an externe Agenturen zu delegieren
  • Affinität zum B2C\-Marketing
  • Vertrautheit mit modernen Medien und Social Media (Instagram, TikTok usw.)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkentnisse (stilsicher in Wort und Schrift), Französisch\- und/oder Itlainenischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Teamfähige, kreative und felxible Persönlichkeit mit Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Organisations\- und Koordinationsflair¨
  • Unternehmerisches und vernetztes Denkvermögen
