Sachbearbeiter Sozialversicherungsbeiträge/Buchhaltung (m/w/d) mit Entwicklungspotenzial 100%

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung, Festsetzung und Bezug von Sozialversicherungsbeiträgen
  • Festsetzung von persönlichen Beiträgen
  • Verarbeiten von Schlussabrechnungen und Arbeitgeberkontrollen
  • Durchführung von Inkassomassnahmen
  • Verbuchen von Einkommen auf die Individuellen Konti der Versicherten
  • Kontrolle und Bearbeitung der Versichertenunterstellung (Entsendungen)
  • Bewirtschaftung der Haupt\- und Nebenbuchhaltungen

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännischer Abschluss und einige Jahre Berufserfahrung (vorzugsweise AHV\-Ausgleichskasse, HR, Rechnungswesen)
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich der Sozialversicherungen und/oder Bereich Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen
  • Interesse und Freude am Umgang mit gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
  • IT\-Affinität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (stilsicher in Wort und Schrift), gute Französisch\- oder Italienischkenntnisse (mind. B2\)
  • Teamfähige, empathische und wertschätzende Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenflair
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Arbeitspensum: 100%
