Sachbearbeiterin Rechnungswesen (m/w/d) 50\-70%

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führen der Kreditorenbuchhaltung (Stammdatenpflege, Kontrolle und Verbuchung Kreditorenbelege, Zahlungslauf, Bearbeitung Mahnungen)
  • Führen der Debitorenbuchhaltung (Rechnungsstellung übrige Debitoren, Zahlungen, Mahnwesen inkl. Inkasso)
  • Mithilfe bei der Führung des Hauptbuches und der Erstellung des Abschlusses
  • Erstellen von Abrechnungen (MWST, VST)
  • Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännischer Abschluss oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter/\-in Rechnungswesen
  • Fundierte Buchhaltungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Erfahrung mit ERP\-Programmen (Microsoft Dynamics NAV von Vorteil)
  • Gewandt im Umgang mit MS\-Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähige, flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Analytische und vernetzte Denkweise
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbständige, exakte, zuverlässige und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
  • Arbeitspensum: 50\-70%
