Har du styr på el-faget, kan du holde hovedet koldt, når der er gang i flere ting på én gang – og trives du med at få folk og projekter til at spille sammen? Så er det måske dig, vi leder efter.

Vi søger en formand til projekter i vores Entrepriseafdeling. Du får en vigtig rolle ude på projekterne og bliver bindeleddet mellem elektrikere, projektleder, kunder og de øvrige fag på pladsen. Der er kort vej fra tanke til handling hos os, og du får masser af frihed under ansvar.

Hvad kommer du til at lave?

  • Stå for den daglige ledelse og koordinering på projekterne.
  • El-arbejde når der er tid.
  • Planlægge bemanding, materialer og opgaver.
  • Holde styr på fremdrift, kvalitetssikring og tidsplan.
  • Have den løbende dialog med projektleder, kunder og samarbejdspartnere.
  • Følge projekterne til dørs og sikre en god aflevering.

Hvem er du?

Du er uddannet elektriker og har solid erfaring fra branchen som formand.

Det vigtigste er, at du kan lide at tage ansvar, har styr på dit håndværk og er god til mennesker. Du behøver ikke gå rundt med et Excel-ark under armen hele dagen – men du skal kunne skabe overblik og få tingene til at ske.

Og så håber vi selvfølgelig, at du har lyst til at være en del af holdet – både fagligt og socialt.
