Für unseren Standort Bern suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n \\Senior Berater:in Public Affairs und Lobbying 80 bis 100 %\\ \\Deine Rolle\\ Du baust bei CRK das Lobbying gezielt aus. Du vertrittst die Anliegen unserer Kund:innen gegenüber Parlament, Verwaltung, Kantonen und Verbänden und entwickelst mit ihnen Strategien für ihre politischen Dossiers. Du analysierst Geschäfte, erkennst früh, wo sich Mehrheiten bilden, führst Gespräche und baust Allianzen. Im Zentrum stehen Energie und Infrastrukturen, etwa Stromnetze, Rechenzentren und digitale Infrastruktur. Hier betreuen wir langjährige Mandate und wollen weiterwachsen. Gleichzeitig sind wir offen für neue Felder: Ob Gesundheit, Europapolitik oder ein anderes Dossier, in dem du zu Hause bist, bring deine Themen mit. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Teams in Campaigning und Corporate Communications zusammen. Wenn aus einem Dossier eine öffentliche Debatte oder eine Abstimmung wird, begleiten wir unsere Kunden aus einer Hand. Du gewinnst neue Mandate, führst sie eigenverantwortlich und prägst die Weiterentwicklung unseres Angebots aktiv mit. \\Das bringst du mit\\ \* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Public Affairs oder Lobbying, erworben in einer Agentur, einem Verband, einem Unternehmen, im Parlamentsbetrieb oder in der Verwaltung. \* Solides Handwerk: Gesetzgebungsprozess, Vernehmlassungen und Kommissionsarbeit kennst du aus der Praxis. \* Ein etabliertes Netzwerk in Parlament und Verwaltung, über Parteigrenzen hinweg. \* Vertiefte Kenntnisse und Kontakte in der Energiepolitik oder in Infrastrukturthemen. Weitere Felder wie Gesundheit, Europa\\- oder Digitalpolitik sind ein Plus. \* Freude an der Akquisition und Erfahrung in der Führung anspruchsvoller Mandate. \* Politisches Gespür, Diskretion und eine transparente Haltung zur Interessenvertretung. \* Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. \* Stilsicheres Deutsch, sehr gute Französischkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse. \\Das bieten wir dir\\ Dich erwartet ein vielseitiges Portfolio mit Mandaten unter anderem in Energie, Infrastruktur und öffentlicher Hand.
