Responsabilidades e atribuições• Gestão de Ambiente Híbrido: Gerenciar e sustentar a infraestrutura de servidores Windows Server on-premise em ambiente de virtualização VMware e nuvem privada.• Identidade e Colaboração: Administrar os serviços de identidade (Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID) e a plataforma Microsoft 365, com foco em SharePoint Online.• Monitoramento e Continuidade: Monitorar proativamente a saúde e a performance da rede (VPNs, links, servidores) com ferramentas como PRTG. Operar e otimizar rotinas de backup, realizando testes de recuperação para garantir a resiliência dos dados.• Segurança de Endpoint: Administrar e responder a alertas em soluções de segurança, como Sophos e Microsoft Defender.• Suporte Especializado: Atuar como ponto de escalonamento (Nível 2 e 3) no diagnóstico avançado e na resolução de incidentes complexos de infraestrutura e redes.• Projetos e Melhoria Contínua: Colaborar na implementação de projetos de TI, desde a criação de novos servidores até a adoção de novas tecnologias, contribuindo ativamente para a modernização do parque tecnológico.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Ciências da Computação ou áreas correlatas.Servidores Windows Server• Active Directory (AD DS, GPO, FSMO roles, replicação)• DNS, DHCP, File Services, Print Services• VMware (virtualização on-premise)• Windows Server e PowerShell para automação• Sincronização com AD on-premise (Azure AD Connect)Backup e Disaster Recovery• VMware – vSphere Replication• Estratégias de backup 3-2-1• RTO e RPO (conceitos)• Acronis e soluções de backup em nuvemRedes• Switches e firewall básico• Conectividade via VPN IPsec e SD-WAN• Protocolos de rede básico• Wifi (principalmente Ruckus e Unifi)Nuvem e Microsoft Azure• Azure Virtual Machines (VMs)• Availability Sets e Availability Zones• MS Intune e Entra ID• Conditional Access, MFA• Azure Key Vault e Azure Storage Account• Microsoft Defender for Cloud (Security Center)Certificações Recomendadas• AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate• AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals• AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert• ITIL V4 ou V5Diferencial:• Soluções de repliacação e Site Recovery• Sólidos conhecimentos em VMware• Terraform/Bicep (IaC), Atomação• Certificação AZ-104• EspanholInformações adicionaisContratação Pessoa Jurídica
