En Craft buscamos un/a Analista de Pricing para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Procesamiento de Datos. La posición recibe tarifas de agentes y aerolíneas, para transporte marítimo y aéreo, y es responsable de procesarlas en planillas de Excel y cargarlas en nuestros sistemas dentro de los plazos establecidos, siguiendo las instrucciones recibidas. Trabajamos con grandes volúmenes de información para nuestras filiales, con presencia en 10 países, por lo que la precisión y la organización son clave.

Es una oportunidad para desarrollarte en el comercio internacional y la logística, con capacitación en nuestros procesos y acompañamiento del equipo.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Recibir las tarifas enviadas por agentes y aerolíneas, para operaciones marítimas y aéreas. Interpretar las instrucciones recibidas y aplicarlas correctamente (tarifa base, recargos y ajustes). Actualizar las tarifas y sus ajustes en planillas de Excel, procesando información en lote. Cargar las tarifas en los sistemas de la compañía dentro de los plazos definidos. Verificar que lo cargado en los sistemas coincida con la información recibida. Consultar ante dudas o instrucciones poco claras, y escalar a tiempo cualquier inconsistencia detectada. Cumplir los SLA y procedimientos definidos por la compañía. Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua de procesos.

Requisitos e qualificações Estudiante avanzado/a, recién graduado/a o egresado/a de Relaciones Internacionales, Administración, Logística, Economía o carreras afines. Conocimiento de Excel: manejo de planillas, fórmulas y trabajo con grandes volúmenes de datos. Excluyente. Inglés técnico a nivel de lectura y comprensión escrita (correos y documentación de agentes, aerolíneas y filiales). No se requiere hablarlo. Alto nivel de atención al detalle y rigurosidad: un error de carga puede tener impacto financiero. Capacidad de organización, cumplimiento de plazos y seguimiento de procesos. Capacidad para interpretar instrucciones y aplicarlas con criterio. Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Manejo de Outlook y paquete Office. Se valorará conocimiento de fórmulas de Excel como BUSCARV/BUSCARX, funciones condicionales y tablas dinámicas. Se valorará experiencia previa en pricing, comercio exterior, logística u operaciones de importación/exportación. Se valorará conocimiento de conceptos de tarifas marítimas y aéreas (por ejemplo, tarifa base, Bunker, recargos). Se valorará experiencia con sistemas de gestión logística o de cotización.
