Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProcessar as solicitações de reserva de exportação do embarque nos Estados Unidos atendendo aos clientes internos e externos.Estabelecer fluxos de trabalho operacionais e métricas centradas no cliente, mantendo um acompanhamento próximo.Estabelecer ligação com a sede para todo o apoio e orientação necessáriosGarantir que as respostas sejam oportunas e profissionais a todos os e-mails, conversas telefônicas ou outras ferramentas disponíveis.Lidar com contas-chave que precisam de atenção extra.Atender solicitações de clientes para reservas, retiradas e questões relacionadas a transporte em geral.Acompanhar os pedidos de roteamento para garantir que todas as cobranças sejam aplicadas de acordo com o contratoResolução de problemas entre clientes, agentes, fornecedores e escritórios da Craft.Rastrear LTL, FTL, Drayage e embarques em rota para nossas instalações de consolidação/ferroviários ou portos dos EUA.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa ou cursando em Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Inglês fluente/avançado para conversação;Espanhol será um diferencial;Conhecimento com Pacote Office;Experiência na área com agentes de carga e/ou NVOCC;Conhecimento de rotinas de exportação marítima;Capacidade de interpretar cenários, atitude positiva, curiosidade, vontade de aprender e dinamismo;Experiência com processo de exportação nos Estados Unidos será um diferencial;Familiaridade em coordenação de embarque de exportação FCL;Habilidade no atendimento a clientes (customer service / customer experience).Informações adicionaisModelo híbrido de trabalho (3 dias presenciais e 2 dias em home office, após o treinamento);Cartão multibenefícios (VR e VA);Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio Farmácia Univers;TotalPass;Parceria com as academias Bluefit e Bodytech;Programa Apoio;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio-creche (conforme convenção coletiva);Vale-transporte;Plataformas de ensino;Parcerias com universidades e escolas de idiomas;Convênio SESC.
