  • Ensure all support requests are properly documented within the organization's IT Service Management platform.
  • Establish and maintain ticket categorization, prioritization, assignment, escalation, and closure standards.

User Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Ensure new employees receive required hardware, software, accounts, licensing, and access before their start date whenever possible.
  • Coordinate account creation and access requests with appropriate IT teams.
  • Ensure terminated employee access is disabled according to established procedures.
  • Oversee collection, reconfiguration, and redistribution of returned IT equipment.
  • Ensure Helpdesk processes follow approved identity and access-management practices.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
