  • Verantwortliche Übernahme der Projektleitung für Bauvorhaben in der High-Tech-Branche
  • Führen eines Projektteams aus allen technischen Gewerken in allen Leistungsphasen
  • Schnittstelle zu Bauherrn, Nutzern, Architekten, Gutachtern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Angebotserstellung, Organisation von Projektabläufen und der Einhaltung der Sicherheitsanforderungen
  • Koordination der Gewerke
  • Führen von Besprechungen sowie Pflege der Beziehungen zum Kunden
  • Wirtschaftliche Abwicklung der Projekte innerhalb des von der Geschäftsleitung vorgegebenen Honorarrahmens sowie Überwachung des Projektbudgets und Erarbeiten von Gegensteuerungsmaßnahmen
  • Sichere und fundierte Anwendung des Kosten-/Nachtrags- und Änderungsmanagements
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der Projektziele
  • Enge Abstimmung mit der Projektassistenz

Was bringst du mit

  • Studium der Fachrichtung Verfahrens-, Versorgungs-, Umwelttechnik bzw. vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Industrieprojekten, idealerweise der Branche Halbleiter oder High-Tech-Industrie
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, MS Project und sicher in der Anwendung der VOB, HOAI und des Regelwerks der Technik
  • Bereitschaft zu projektbedingten Reisen in der DACH Region
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit als auch eine starke Kunden- und Qualitätsorientierung
  • Lust auf spannende Herausforderungen und einem Unternehmen, welches an innovativen Großprojekten für weltbekannte Kunden arbeitet
