Job Description – Service Crew Company: Cream Cove Industry: Food & Beverage (F&B) Location: Redeemed Coffeeshop, 421 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10, #01-1149 Singapore 560421 Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary

Cream Cove is looking for a friendly, responsible and service-oriented Service Crew member to support the daily operations of our dessert stall. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving customers, preparing desserts, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers, take orders and provide friendly customer service. - Prepare Ice cream cones, cups, waffles, brownies, Lava Cakes and other dessert items according to company standards. - Operate the soft-serve ice cream machine and other food preparation equipment safely. - Handle cashier duties, process payments and operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately. - Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and served promptly. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the stall, including food preparation areas, equipment and utensils. - Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking and preparation of ingredients. - Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low. - Follow food safety procedures and workplace safety guidelines. - Assist with inventory checks and other daily operational tasks as required. - Able to work in a fast paced environment and run the stall individually

Requirements - Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage but not essential. - Basic communication and customer service skills. - Responsible, punctual, honest and willing to learn. - Able to work in Coffeeshop Environment - Willing to work on weekends and public holidays, where required. - Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification, or willingness to obtain the required certification, subject to applicable requirements.

Working Arrangements - Full-time positions available. - Work schedule and salary will be based on the employment arrangement. - On-the-job training will be provided.

6 Days work week with 1 day Off

Shift 1 - 10am - 4pm (30mins Meal Break) Shift 2 - 4pm - 10pm (30mins Meal Break)

Salary Range - $1,400 - $1,600
