The posting

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Development Engineer (Hardware) to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and validating electronic circuits, hardware systems, and electronic products.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including software and firmware, marketing, compliance, and manufacturing, you will help transform product requirements into reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality products ready for market launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Typically 2–5 years of relevant experience in electronic hardware design and product development. Candidates without prior work experience but with a strong foundation in electronics may also be considered.
  • Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, electronic components, power supplies, and signal conditioning.
  • Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in electronic testing, measurement, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, communication interfaces, and firmware integration will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A proactive team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage technical challenges.
