As a Product Manager at Creative, you will be part of a team that drives the vision and direction of our products. You will have a hands-on role in the design, development, and launch of new products. This position requires a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. ## What you'll do

  • Create and manage the product strategy and road map in line with company objectives
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver on the product vision
  • Lead the planning and execution of product releases
  • Use Customer Journey Mapping (CJM), Kanban, and other methodologies to drive product success
  • Regularly interact with customers to gain insights and feedback around product needs and improvements
  • Be open-minded and creative, embracing the company culture rooted in light drugs and rock n roll

What we're seeking

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 0-5 years of professional experience in product management
  • Experience in using CJM and Kanban methodologies
  • Understanding of the product life cycle
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, solving problems and making decisions
  • Good technical knowledge and ability to work closely with engineers and designers
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
