The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Creator Marketing Services based in United States.

The Director, Creator Marketing Services will lead the strategy, growth, and delivery of end-to-end influencer marketing programs for major global brands and agencies. This senior leadership role oversees teams across the United States and EMEA, ensuring consistently high-quality execution while driving revenue, profitability, and customer value. You will shape scalable service offerings, develop commercial models, and strengthen the connection between creator marketing expertise, data intelligence, and technology. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Legal, and Finance, you will help expand strategic customer relationships and turn complex campaign needs into measurable business outcomes. This is an opportunity to influence the evolution of creator marketing services, lead a distributed team, and establish a strong industry presence through strategic guidance and thought leadership.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and develop the Creator Marketing Services organization across the United States and EMEA, building an effective management structure, clear career development paths, and strong capabilities across the team.
  • Drive services revenue growth by partnering with Sales on new business opportunities, account expansion, and strategic customer engagements.
  • Equip Sales and Customer Success teams to qualify, position, and independently sell standardized creator marketing service offerings.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of creator programs, including creator discovery, casting, outreach, contracting, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with Data Intelligence teams to integrate data-driven insights into creator selection, campaign strategy, optimization, and post-campaign measurement.
  • Develop and maintain a standardized catalog of creator marketing services, with clearly defined tiers, scopes, deliverables, and criteria for custom engagements.
  • Evolve service pricing strategies to reflect delivered value, including testing outcome-based and performance-based pricing models that can support recurring engagements.
  • Own team billability, utilization, capacity planning, and service margins through accurate time tracking, performance reporting, and early identification of out-of-scope work.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for customer engagements, developing recovery plans for at-risk accounts and collaborating with Customer Success on account health, renewals, and expansion.
  • Lead the services strategy for strategic pitches and RFPs, highlighting the value of integrated data, technology, platform capabilities, and data ownership compared with traditional agency models.
  • Represent the organization as a creator marketing thought leader through industry benchmarks, case studies, client presentations, and speaking opportunities.
  • Establish scalable processes for creator contracts, payments, usage rights, disclosure requirements, and risk management in partnership with Legal and Finance.
  • Champion responsible AI adoption by prioritizing initiatives, securing resources, and ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable business value while adhering to governance standards.
  • 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, or social marketing within a brand, agency, or marketing technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading creator marketing programs for enterprise brands.
  • At least 4 years of people leadership experience, including managing managers and leading distributed or global teams.
  • Deep, hands-on understanding of creator program development, casting, contracting, execution, and measurement across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proven ability to grow a services or agency portfolio through new business development, account expansion, competitive pitches, and RFPs.
  • Experience owning service delivery, project scope, and profitability, with a strong understanding of utilization, billability, capacity planning, and pricing.
  • Demonstrated success designing packaged or productized service offerings that commercial teams can confidently position and sell.
  • Strong analytical and data-informed approach to creator selection, campaign optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Ability to collaborate with analytics teams and communicate campaign results through clear, compelling performance insights.
  • Excellent executive presence, with the ability to present strategies and results to senior brand and agency stakeholders.
  • A clear point of view on the creator marketing industry, supported by client-facing thought leadership, published content, or speaking experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to sponsor and prioritize responsible AI adoption, secure organizational support, and align AI initiatives with business objectives and governance requirements.
  • Preferred: Experience with a creator marketing platform or comparable influencer marketing technology.
  • Preferred: Experience developing outcome-based or performance-based influencer pricing models.
  • Preferred: Background in professional services or an agency environment with billability or utilization targets.
  • Preferred: Experience in SaaS customer success or account management.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise clients across industries such as beauty, consumer packaged goods, retail, or consumer technology, including global markets.
  • Annual base salary range of $171,000–$214,000 USD.
  • Additional compensation through equity and commission opportunities.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • 15 days of vacation, plus floating holidays and company holidays.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Wellness benefits and additional whole-health resources.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Learning platform, professional development guidance, and training resources.
  • Work-from-home stipend to support home office setup.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
