Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Ergebnisverantwortung für deine Fonds und setzt dich aktiv für eine erfolgreiche Performance ein
  • Mit deinem Weitblick gestaltest du die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Fondsprodukte und Investmentstrategien mit
  • Im Asset-Management (sofern nicht ausgelagert) überzeugst du durch Identifikation, Akquise sowie den Aufbau und die Pflege langfristiger Partnerschaften mit Investoren und Geschäftspartnern
  • Du prüfst eigenverantwortlich Neugeschäftsanfragen, indem du wirtschaftliche und objektspezifische Daten einholst, sichtest und analysierst
  • Mit deiner Expertise erstellst du fundierte Investitions- und Anlageentscheidungsvorlagen unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Anlage- und Risikostrategien deiner Fonds
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle markt- und regulatorisch geforderten Standards zuverlässig eingehalten und überwacht werden
  • In enger Abstimmung mit Kolleg:innen aus Risikomanagement, Vertrieb, Recht sowie externen Unternehmen koordinierst, kontrollierst und gibst du die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse deiner Fonds frei
  • Das Reporting an Investoren und ein professionelles Investor Relations-Management liegen in deiner Verantwortung
  • Für Fonds in der Entwicklung setzt du alle gesellschaftsrechtlich und regulatorisch erforderlichen Maßnahmen bis zum Fondsstart um
  • Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung unserer Prozesse im Fondsmanagement

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzwirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs. Eine Zusatzqualifikation im Finanzbereich ist ein Plus
  • Mehrjährige Praxis im Fondsmanagement bringst du bereits mit – idealerweise hast du Erfahrung in der Strukturierung, Auflage und Verwaltung geschlossener Fonds (Spezial-AIF) oder in den Bereichen Alternative Assets, kreditbasierte Investments oder Eigenkapitalfinanzierungen gesammelt
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse des regulatorischen Rahmens im Fondsmanagement, insbesondere in Bezug auf KAGB, KYC, Geldwäscheprävention und Risikomanagement
  • Der Aufbau und die Pflege von Investorenbeziehungen bereiten dir Freude; dabei überzeugst du durch Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert – und bringst dabei hohes Engagement und Teamgeist ein
  • Für innovative Finanzierungsprodukte kannst du dich begeistern und hast Lust, unsere Fondsangebote weiterzuentwickeln
  • Idealerweise hast du zudem praktische Krediterfahrung und kannst dieses Wissen bei uns einbringen
