  • Realizar prospecção ativa de imóveis através de portais imobiliários, redes sociais, anúncios e outras fontes de pesquisa.
  • Identificar e cadastrar oportunidades de captação no sistema da empresa.
  • Efetuar contato com proprietários por telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail e demais canais de comunicação.
  • Apresentar os serviços, diferenciais e benefícios oferecidos pela imobiliária aos proprietários.
  • Qualificar leads e identificar potencial de negócio para encaminhamento aos Captadores.
  • Agendar visitas para avaliação, produção fotográfica e formalização de propostas de captação.
  • Atualizar e manter registros de contatos, negociações e oportunidades no CRM e sistemas corporativos.
  • Apoiar ações comerciais e campanhas de prospecção desenvolvidas pela área.
  • Contribuir para o cumprimento das metas de geração de oportunidades e agendamentos.
  • Manter relacionamento consultivo e cordial com proprietários potenciais.
