Planificateur/trice

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ : ####

  • Élaborer le Plan Directeur de Production (PDP) à moyen terme et construire les plannings de production à court terme afin d'assurer une utilisation optimale des ressources
  • Ajuster les plannings en fonction des aléas opérationnels et des priorités de l'entreprise tout en garantissant le respect des délais clients
  • Coordonner et valider les plans de production avec les équipes de production, maintenance, approvisionnement, logistique, qualité et projets industriels
  • Assurer le suivi de l'avancement de la production, analyser les écarts entre prévisions et réalisations et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires
  • Piloter les niveaux de stocks et réaliser les projections nécessaires afin d'anticiper les risques de rupture, de surstock ou d'obsolescence
  • Garantir la mise à jour des données de planification dans l'ERP, transformer les besoins en ordres de fabrication et assurer la cohérence des données de référence
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de planification à travers l'analyse des indicateurs de performance et la participation à des projets transversaux

CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ : ####

  • Formation en tant que CFC d-employé·e de commerce, technicien·ne ES, brevet fédéral en logistique/production ou expérience équivalente en planification industrielle
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction de planification ou d-ordonnancement, idéalement dans l-industrie agroalimentaire
  • Bonne connaissance des outils ERP (Infor M3 un atout) et maîtrise des outils bureautiques usuels
  • Bonne maîtrise du français, à l-oral comme à l-écrit
  • Connaissance des contraintes de production agroalimentaire, notamment la gestion des DLV, DLC et DDM
  • Excellentes capacités d-organisation, d-analyse et de priorisation, avec un fort sens de la coordination, de la rigueur et de l-amélioration continue
