Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, establish meaningful partnerships, and drive revenue across CDC's business verticals. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with fashion brands, creators, influencers, luxury brands, retailers, malls, event organizers, and corporate clients.
  • Lead partnership discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to prospective partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, Operations, and Founder's Office to execute partnerships successfully.
  • Drive collaborations, sponsorships, pop-up events, and brand activations.
  • Identify opportunities for B2B sales, corporate gifting, and institutional partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the sneaker, streetwear, and fashion ecosystem.
  • Prepare revenue forecasts, business development reports, and partnership performance analyses.
  • Represent CDC at networking events, exhibitions, fashion events, and industry conferences.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve business development targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Brand Alliances, Key Account Management, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
  • Experience in Fashion, Retail, E-commerce, Lifestyle, Luxury, Consumer Brands, or D2C companies will be preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Commercial mindset with proven sales and revenue generation capabilities.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High ownership, execution-focused approach, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Passion for fashion, sneakers, streetwear, and emerging consumer trends.
