You built the systems that turned hype into real numbers. Brand partnerships that started as DMs now generate millions in revenue. You designed strategies that made both the brands and the business win — smarter commissions, sharper discount models, smarter pricing. Every big decision in the marketplace has your fingerprints on it.

When you came in, the company was all pulse — buzzing community, killer product, undeniable potential. You brought clarity, structure, and financial powerplay to it. You connected creativity to commerce.

Today, data fuels your decisions, but instinct sharpens your edge. You move constantly between sales targets, product planning, and partnerships — balancing analytics and hustle. You’re shaping how Indian streetwear scales, profits, and sustains itself.

We’re looking for a Manager - Revenue & Growth who can lead growth across online and offline channels and build the commerce engine of India’s most vibrant streetwear platform.

What you’ll do (hands-on):

  • Drive strategic initiatives and business growth in partnership with the founders.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and key business metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and growth strategies.
  • Prepare leadership dashboards, board decks, and business presentations.
  • Coordinate investor communications and support fundraising initiatives.
  • Track organizational KPIs, OKRs, and ensure timely execution of strategic priorities.
  • Identify process improvements and implement scalable systems and SOPs.
  • Research new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to the founders, ensuring seamless execution across the organization.

Who this role is for:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Founder's Office, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, or high-growth startups.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, business analytics, and strategic execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong business acumen, ownership mindset, and high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
