Deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen eine*n Jobcoach (m/w/d) oder Sozialarbeiter *in / Sozialpädagoge *in (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unserer Teams.

Aufgabe unserer Fachkräfte ist es, gemeinsam mit unseren Teilnehmenden am Abbau vorhandener Hemmnisse zu arbeiten und eine tragfähige Perspektive zu entwickeln:

  • Einzelcoaching
  • Gruppenangebote
  • Dokumentation und Berichtswesen
  • arbeiten im multiprofessionellem Team

Erforderliche Ausbildung

Jobcoach:

  • mindestens einjährige nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Coaching
  • Berufs- bzw. Hochschulabschluss
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Personalauswahlsysteme, Medienkompetenzen, interkulturelle Kompetenzen

Sozialarbeiter *in / Sozialpädagoge *in:

  • Hochschulabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit / Sozialpädagogik
  • alternativ Hochschulabschluss in Heilpädagogik oder Rehabilitations-, Sonderpädagogik
  • alternativ weitere pädagogische Abschlüsse mit mindestens einem Jahr Berufserfahrung im pädagogischen Bereich
