Wir, die GBB Gesellschaft für berufliche Bildung mbH suchen Verstärkung für unsere Jugendprojekte in Spandau! Wir begleitet junge Menschen in Spandau, die mit besonderen Herausforderungen in ihr Leben starten: niedrigschwellig, aufsuchend und nah am Sozialraum. Wer hier arbeitet, gestaltet echte Übergänge — in Ausbildung, in Arbeit, in ein stabileres Leben.

  • Durchführung von Kompetenzanalysen
  • Individuelle berufliche Orientierung
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung einer tragfähigen beruflichen Perspektive
  • Intensives Bewerbungscoaching
  • Erstellung vollständiger, attraktiver und individueller Bewerbungsunterlagen
  • Trainieren von Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • beraterische Hilfestellung zur Beseitigung individueller Hemmnisse
  • Vermittlung in berufliche Praktika
  • Vermittlung in Ausbildung oder sv-pflichtige Beschäftigung
  • Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe - Empowerment
  • Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit Auftraggebern und Arbeitgebern
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Mitarbeit bei Projektweiterentwicklung

Erforderliche Ausbildung

  • anerkannter Hochschul- oder Berufsabschluss
  • zweijährige Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens eine einjährige Erfahrung in der beruflichen sowie sozialen Eingliederung der Zielgruppe und eine einjährige betriebliche Erfahrung, sowie Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den Personalauswahlsystemen/-kriterien der Unternehmen und im Personalwesen
  • Coaching-Ausbildung erwünscht
  • mindestens Deutsch auf C1-Niveau (gemäß dem Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmen)
