Wir, die GBB Gesellschaft für berufliche Bildung mbH suchen Verstärkung für unser Projekt „Perspektive 50+" in Spandau! Der demografische Wandel verändert den Arbeitsmarkt — Erfahrung und Verlässlichkeit werden gefragter denn je. „Perspektive 50+" setzt genau hier an: Wir machen die Potenziale von Menschen ab 50 sichtbar und begleiten sie auf dem Weg in nachhaltige Beschäftigung.

  • berufliche Orientierung der Teilnehmenden unter Berücksichtigung von Engpassberufen und regionalen Arbeitsmarktchancen
  • Unterbreitung und Nachhaltung passgenauer Vermittlungsvorschläge
  • Einfordern und Begleiten von Eigenbemühungen
  • Vorbereitung auf und Begleitung zu Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Unterstützung beim Erstellen zeitgemäßer, zielgruppengerechter Bewerbungsunterlagen
  • Pflege und Optimierung des Bewerberprofils in VerBIS
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sozialpädagogik und Betriebsakquisition im interdisziplinären Team
  • Durchführung von mindestens vier Stunden Einzelcoaching pro Teilnehmer*in wöchentlich

Erforderliche Ausbildung

  • abgeschlossene Berufs- oder Studienausbildung
  • mindestens einjährige Berufserfahrung in der beruflichen und sozialen Eingliederung der Zielgruppe
  • vertiefte Kenntnisse der Berliner Bildungslandschaft und des regionalen Arbeitsmarkts
  • Erfahrung in Bewerbungstraining und Erstellung von Bewerbungsunterlagen
  • Kenntnisse in marktüblicher Office-Software sowie im Umgang mit dem Portal der Bundesagentur für Arbeit
  • Erfahrung mit Personalauswahlsystemen und -kriterien von Unternehmen
