Job Summary

Responsible for conducting financial, operational and compliance audits across the Group, supporting business performance analysis, and preparing management reports to facilitate effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Audit

  • Plan and conduct financial, operational and compliance audits across the Group, including overseas subsidiaries.
  • Conduct audits mandated by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) for Early Childhood Anchor Operators (AOPs) and Childcare Partner Operators (C-POPs).
  • Analyse audit findings, identify potential risks and control weaknesses, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Prepare audit working papers and reports, including recommendations to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct special investigations as requested by the Board or Audit Committee.

Business Analysis & Reporting

  • Support the preparation, consolidation and presentation of management reports for Management and the Boards.
  • Analyse business unit performance and assess project viability to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide relevant findings and recommendations to support effective business decisions.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, compliance or business analysis.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to identify risks, discrepancies and control weaknesses.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear audit reports and present findings.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different business units.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CIA would be an advantage.
