Lube Technician — Crest Ford

Crest Ford is seeking a Lube Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, inspect vehicles, and help us provide customers with accurate, timely service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance.
  • Complete multipoint inspections and document findings clearly.
  • Check tire condition, brakes, filters, wipers, lights, and other maintenance items.
  • Communicate needed repairs or maintenance to the service advisor.
  • Follow shop safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Handle customer vehicles with care.

Qualifications

  • Automotive maintenance experience is preferred; we will consider candidates with strong mechanical ability and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive customer vehicles.
  • Ability to perform the physical duties of the position.
  • Michigan mechanic certification, if applicable to the work assigned, is a plus.
