About CrewAI

CrewAI is the leading framework and enterprise platform for building and orchestrating multi-agent AI systems, powering 300M+ agent executions per month across thousands of companies. The Agent Management Platform is our control plane for deploying, monitoring, governing, and scaling agents in production.

The Role

You'll build the CrewAI Agent Management Platform, where teams create, deploy, monitor, and govern AI agents in production. You'll make complex AI infrastructure feel understandable and usable, helping customers diagnose failures, review decisions, and stay in control of their automations.

This is a senior full-stack product engineering role with a strong frontend emphasis. You'll spend most of your time building rich, intuitive interfaces, while owning the backend changes needed to deliver complete features. Our stack combines React and TypeScript with Rails, Hotwire, and PostgreSQL. You'll lead work from problem definition through launch, partnering closely with design, product, and runtime engineers.

What You'll Do

  • Build complete product workflows across Studio's visual editor, deployments, traces, and human review, as well as onboarding, integrations, permissions, and settings.
  • Work with design and product to clarify customer problems, prototype solutions, and iterate using real usage and feedback.
  • Shape frontend architecture: component APIs, state management, data fetching, navigation, and rendering performance. Balance maintainability with shipping speed.
  • Make asynchronous workflows reliable and understandable: live updates, editing and saving, validation, errors, retries, and recovery.
  • Extend our shared design system across React and Rails, improving consistency, accessibility, and theming.
  • Build the Rails models, services, APIs, and background jobs your features need. Partner with runtime and infrastructure engineers on deeper platform capabilities.
  • Ship with meaningful frontend and Rails tests, browser verification, and instrumentation; diagnose and resolve production issues.
  • Help the team ship better work through technical decisions, code reviews, mentoring, and reusable patterns.

What We're Looking For

  • A track record of independently delivering substantial full-stack product features, with particular depth in frontend engineering.
  • Deep proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, including component design, complex state, asynchronous behavior, and performance.
  • Experience shipping rich, interactive products such as editors, workflow builders, developer tools, or applications with complex data.
  • Strong product and interaction judgment. You can simplify technical workflows and make thoughtful decisions without needing every interaction specified.
  • Practical accessibility knowledge: semantic interfaces, keyboard navigation, focus management, and accessible component behavior.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently ship backend changes supporting your features, including data models, APIs, services, and background jobs. Experience with Rails or a comparable framework; Rails experience is preferred.
  • Pragmatic judgment about improving an existing codebase: when to reuse, refactor, or introduce a new abstraction.
  • Clear communication and the ability to align engineering, product, and design around a solution.
  • Ownership of production outcomes and curiosity about AI agents, execution traces, and human review workflows.

Bonus

  • Experience with visual canvases, graph interfaces, observability products, or live event streams.
  • Ruby on Rails, Hotwire/Stimulus, ViewComponent, or shared design-system experience.
  • Experience building AI products, human review workflows, or enterprise permission and integration experiences.
  • Experience improving frontend developer tooling, testing infrastructure, or component documentation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
