Job Title: Academic Editor

Location: Flexible/Remote Department: Editing

Crimson Interactive is a leading language solutions provider in the field of diversified language solutions. We specialize in providing scientific and academic editing services to researchers to help them get published in high-impact factor journals globally. We aim to get everyone to read the how-when-what-where-why of ideas that can change the world.

We are looking for Academic Editors in the fields of Physical Sciences, and Engineering.

As an Academic Editor, you will edit and double-check manuscripts to ensure error-free output in order to meet international standards of publication.

Basic Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Science, Physical Sciences and Engineering (Biology, Zoology, Microbiology, Botany, Biosciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Geology, Astronomy, Information Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, Others)
  • Good subject matter expertise, curiosity to delve deeper into existing and upcoming novel scientific concepts in the field of Life-sciences, Physical Sciences and Engineering
  • Excellent English language skills, and clear grammar concepts, and the ability to identify and correct punctuation and style errors
  • Attention to detail and readiness to learn constantly.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Client focus with the aim to deliver impeccable quality on time

Other Skills (Optional):

  • Published scholarly papers in academic journals
  • Ability to follow publication guidelines (style manual, handbook, etc.)
  • Prior editing experience
  • Knowledge of the STM industry

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
