Director, Risk Solutions Middle East & India (m/f/d) Who We Are Looking For   We are looking for a Director, Risk Solutions (m/f/d) to strengthen our sales team at our location in Dubai. As a Client Advocate, you will create customized solutions for each client and build trusted partnerships. To promote customer growth and retention, you will involve Crisis24 experts when required.   What You Will Work On  

You contact target customers directly or in cooperation with our business partners from the areas of security, medical, insurance, insurance-related services and travel service providers  You develop strategic plans for the selection of target customers and lead the process from the initiation phase to the conclusion of the deal with clearly defined short and medium-term goals You set up productive partnerships that will act as force multipliers for pipeline generation In doing so, you build trusting relationships with the decision-makers in the target customer company You involve experts and work closely with your colleagues in the teams of analysts, crisis consultants and operations centers to understand customer needs, develop solutions and support customer acquisition The maintenance of customer information in the CRM application is your responsibility You are passionate about excellent consultative customer communication in written and verbal form, customer presentations and interpersonal contact You develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of the customer benefits of our solution offerings In doing so, you independently inform yourself about current developments in Crisis24's corporate strategy, products, solutions and service offerings

  What You Will Bring  

You have 10+ years of successful experience in business development, account management or customer service and have a Bachelor's degree in a political science, business, medical or technical field In this context, you preferably have industry experience in the areas of security, medical aid, risk management or corporate resilience You already have experience in delivering customer-centric solutions and engaging with key stakeholders and at all levels of an organization You have experience establishing referral/reseller partnerships with other companies to multiply lead generation in particular in countries where we do not have sales presence   You demonstrate the ability to manage acquired customer accounts and sustain ongoing relationship to support retention and upselling efforts  Your excellent written and spoken English and Hindi skills will enable you to interact professionally and competently with our customers and our international team at all times.  You come with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce Your strategic thinking and actions, your ability to present convincingly and influence, as well as your negotiating skills and problem-solving orientation distinguish you. Prioritizing competing tasks while paying attention to detail is one of your strengths Your excellent teamwork skills go hand in hand with your outstanding interpersonal skills and your ability to deal with customers You have a hands-on mentality in which you recognize, develop and exploit opportunities and are always keen to develop yourself further You are willing to work at least two days a week in the office on site and to travel occasionally, including internationally
