Este puesto es ideal para un alto responsable de las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad con sólida experiencia operativa, capacidad de liderazgo demostrada y pasión por construir alianzas de confianza entre los organismos de seguridad pública y las partes interesadas del ámbito corporativo. La persona seleccionada aportará un profundo conocimiento de los marcos policiales españoles, excelentes habilidades de comunicación y la capacidad de relacionarse eficazmente con altos responsables de la administración pública y de los servicios de emergencia. Una mentalidad colaborativa, sensibilidad cultural y un compromiso con la excelencia operativa son esenciales para tener éxito en este puesto. En qué trabajarás En este puesto actuarás como enlace clave entre el cliente y la policía, los servicios de emergencia y otras partes interesadas en materia de seguridad pública, creando relaciones de confianza y fomentando la comprensión de las operaciones de los vehículos autónomos. El puesto se centra en la interlocución, la comunicación y la coordinación, ayudando a abordar inquietudes, apoyar la preparación ante incidentes y garantizar que la información fluya de manera eficaz entre las partes interesadas y el cliente. El puesto combina la interlocución proactiva, la formación y el apoyo operativo. Entre tus principales responsabilidades se incluyen:

Desarrollar y ejecutar la visión estratégica del programa de vehículos autónomos, mejorando continuamente su capacidad y eficacia Aplicar conocimientos técnicos sobre las nuevas tecnologías del transporte, como los vehículos autónomos, para apoyar la respuesta operativa y la toma de decisiones Crear y mantener relaciones sólidas con los responsables de seguridad pública mediante un contacto continuo, actividades de divulgación, conferencias y presentaciones Recabar información y opiniones de los servicios de emergencia y elaborar informes, evaluaciones y actualizaciones periódicos Apoyar la respuesta ante incidentes proporcionando orientación técnica clara y precisa al personal de campo Impartir formación y capacitación a las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad sobre las tecnologías emergentes del transporte y sus aplicaciones en la respuesta ante emergencias

 Con quién trabajarás Trabajarás como parte de un equipo multinacional de profesionales experimentados de los servicios de emergencia, colaborando estrechamente con las partes interesadas internas y los socios externos, entre ellos cuerpos policiales, representantes del gobierno y organizaciones de seguridad pública de toda España y de otros países. Tendrás homólogos con funciones similares en otros países, con quienes podrás aprovechar mutuamente vuestros conocimientos y experiencia. Este puesto implica una interacción periódica con equipos multifuncionales, incluidos especialistas técnicos y homólogos globales, garantizando la alineación, la coherencia y una comunicación eficaz entre regiones. Qué aportarás Requisitos:

Un mínimo de 20 años de experiencia en las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad, con experiencia significativa en funciones de enlace, coordinación interinstitucional o puestos comparables de relación con las partes interesadas dentro del entorno policial y de seguridad pública español. Al menos 5 años en un puesto de liderazgo senior, con experiencia en la gestión de equipos y operaciones complejas. Sólido conocimiento de los marcos policiales españoles y de las estructuras de respuesta ante emergencias Experiencia demostrada en colaboración entre múltiples organismos y en operaciones conjuntas (policía, bomberos, ambulancias, seguridad, iniciativas transfronterizas) Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, con seguridad para relacionarse con altos responsables, representantes del gobierno y socios de la comunidad. Español nativo o fluido y un nivel mínimo de inglés C1 del MCER, incluida la capacidad de mantener reuniones profesionales, sesiones informativas y conversaciones con las partes interesadas en inglés.

Se valorará:

Titulación en Criminología, Derecho, Estudios Policiales, Administración Pública o experiencia profesional equivalente Experiencia trabajando con tecnologías emergentes o apoyando su desarrollo.

ENGLISH Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in the Guardia Civil, Policía Nacional, or Policía Municipal to join our team as a Liaison Officer with Spanish Law Enforcement and Security Forces – Autonomous Driving, based in Madrid. This role is ideal for a senior law enforcement professional with strong operational experience, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and a passion for building trusted partnerships between public safety agencies and corporate stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of Spanish policing frameworks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with senior officials across public administration and emergency services. A collaborative mindset, cultural awareness, and a commitment to operational excellence are essential for success in this role. What You Will Work On In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the client and police, emergency services, and other public safety stakeholders, building trusted relationships and fostering understanding of autonomous vehicle operations. The role focuses on engagement, communication, and coordination, helping to address concerns, support incident preparedness, and ensure that information flows effectively between stakeholders and the client. The position combines proactive engagement, training, and operational support. Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing the strategic vision for the autonomous vehicle programme, continuously improving its capability and effectiveness Applying technical knowledge of emerging transportation technologies, such as autonomous vehicles, to support operational response and decision-making Building and maintaining strong relationships with public safety leaders through ongoing engagement, outreach activities, conferences, and presentations Gathering information and feedback from emergency services and preparing regular reports, assessments, and updates Supporting incident response by providing clear and accurate technical guidance to field personnel Delivering training and educational sessions to law enforcement and security forces on emerging transportation technologies and their applications in emergency response

Who You Will Work With

You will work as part of a multinational team of experienced emergency services professionals, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including police forces, government representatives, and public safety organisations across Spain and other countries. You will have counterparts in similar roles in other countries, with whom you can share and leverage knowledge and experience. This role involves regular interaction with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists and global counterparts, ensuring alignment, consistency, and effective communication across regions.

What You Will Bring Requirements

A minimum of 20 years of experience in law enforcement and security forces, with significant experience in liaison, inter-agency coordination, or comparable stakeholder-relations roles within the Spanish policing and public safety environment At least 5 years in a senior leadership position, with experience managing teams and complex operations Strong knowledge of Spanish policing frameworks and emergency response structures Demonstrated experience in multi-agency collaboration and joint operations, including police, fire services, ambulance services, security, and cross-border initiatives Excellent oral and written communication skills, with confidence engaging with senior officials, government representatives, and community partners Native or fluent Spanish and a minimum C1 level of English under the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), including the ability to conduct professional meetings, briefings, and stakeholder conversations in English

Preferred

Degree in Criminology, Law, Police Studies, Public Administration, or equivalent professional experience Experience working with emerging technologies or supporting their development
