Track outstanding assignments, communicate progress, and support attorneys and paralegals in keeping cases organized and moving forward.
  • Client Communication: Assist with client correspondence and follow-up, accurately document communications, and help ensure client text messages receive responses within 24 hours. Route legal questions to the appropriate team members and provide telephone or intake support as assigned, depending on communication proficiency and operational needs.

Coordinate with the legal team and existing medical records personnel to help maintain accurate and complete case files.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience Requirement: Minimum 2–3 years working with a U.S.-based personal injury law firm.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using legal case management software, strong document preparation and formatting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe/PDF tools, and basic Excel functions. Familiarity with Filevine is preferred, while experience with AI tools and other legal technology platforms is advantageous. Candidates must be comfortable learning and using the firm's internal systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English for professional client and team interactions.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently.
  • Independence and Initiative: Ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability and proactivity.

Why you should work here:

  • Growth and Development: Opportunity to transition into a paralegal role within a year based on performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in a supportive and collaborative environment with experienced legal professionals.
  • Innovative Technology: Gain hands-on experience with legal case management systems and AI-assisted tools that support document preparation, case organization, and efficient legal workflows.
  • Meaningful Impact: Contribute to a team handling significant personal injury cases that shape lives and communities.

Additional perks:

  • Global Compensation: Proposed compensation of approximately $3,000 per month, paid in two installments of approximately $1,500 each, subject to final agreement.
  • Remote Work Arrangement: Work remotely from an international location while maintaining a consistent schedule of 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, to support the firm's daily operations and collaborate effectively with the U.S.-based legal team.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
