Position

Job Overview

The Account Manager plays a key role focused on developing and expanding long-term client relationships to maintain and grow revenue within an assigned portfolio of accounts.

The successful candidate will build new relationships, nurture existing ones, understand client needs, and propose tailored solutions aligned with Croesus’ capabilities. To achieve this, the Account Manager will develop and maintain strategic account plans to coordinate and guide all Croesus activities related to their accounts (including engaging with executive management and the Board of Directors, as needed).

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Strategic & Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by offering Croesus solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Master and sell cutting-edge solutions, drive cross-selling/upselling, and achieve financial targets.
  • Internal Collaboration & Projects: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, development) to ensure a cohesive client experience and seamless project execution.
  • Proposals & Contracts: Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals while facilitating contract execution and renewals.
  • Satisfaction & Market Intelligence: Regularly assess client satisfaction and stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities for new solutions.

What We Are Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (12+ years) in a similar role.
  • Experience in the wealth and asset management industry is a strong asset.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in both French and English to communicate effectively with our clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce).

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership & Positive Influence: Ability to inspire, guide, and positively influence teams and clients.
  • Customer Focus: Strong service mindset and dedication to putting client needs at the center of proposed solutions.
  • Strategic Vision & Business Acumen: Ability to design effective sales plans and act with autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong capability to accurately analyze and interpret sales data.
  • Collaboration & Adaptability: Ease in working as part of a team, collaborating cross-functionally, and adapting quickly to a changing environment.
